Hi! I’m Holly. There’s a famous quote that says: “We ARE what we think.”
But how do our thoughts become us? Put simply, our thoughts affect how we feel AND behave.
If someone thinks like a failure, they will act like a failure. If they fail at something, they’ll start believing they are a failure. A pattern of negativity forms and you look for evidence that reinforces your negative beliefs. Your mind is powerful even if unhelpful!
However, there’s a way out. You can change the way you think! You can challenge self-limiting thoughts. Take notice when you do better than your self-defeating labels and unlock your highest potential! Tomorrow, we’ll learn how to train your brain to think positively.
