EfeX English for Excellence (EfeX, LLC.) was founded in Oregon, USA in 2003 with the assistance of Dr. Deborah Healey, Past President of TESOL International Association. EfeX was birthed with the mission to inspire students to become independent, lifetime learners so they will be equipped to succeed in their endeavors in academics, social skills, career advancement, and business.
